Yikes! X_X You've probably heard this a jillion times already, but you may want to try a different anti-malware security suite. Some free options that work well are available and should be able to knock out whatever is ailing your system: probably protect it a lot better, too. Just a friendly suggestion. :)
first lesson learned: dont use mcafee.. EVER.
second lesson: use Microsoft security essentials
its a tiny FREE scanner, which should hold most shit.
i can watch porn all day and my pc wont get infected.
all bc im using MSE :D
third lesson: do NOT watch porn, dont click on weird popups or internet commercials or weird JAVA popups.. they might contain a police virus. or some other weird backdoor IP tracker, that actually attracts more trojans.
fourth lesson: NEVER buy or use Northon, its mostly WAY too heavy for most familty pc's or laptops.
ive seen people fucked up bc they used Northon to protect their pc/laptop. and trust me you dont want to see their faces.

If you're using IE at the moment, there is a bad-ass virus going around only affecting IE. It can literally destroy your PC, let others take control of your PC and get any or all information from your PC that they want. So if you're using it, it would be a good idea to change to Chrome or Firefox for a while if not permanently.
